We support the development, validation, and responsible application of evidence-based technologies that improve human health and quality of life.
Learn About USGUnitedSomaGroup (USG) is a nonprofit organization bringing together researchers, clinicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, and technology partners. USG serves as a collaborative platform for interdisciplinary research, education, and the development of evidence-based healthcare technologies.
By connecting medicine, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and digital health, USG works to accelerate innovation and make validated health solutions more accessible for individuals and communities worldwide.
UnitedSomaGroup operates as an independent nonprofit platform. The specialized partner organizations it collaborates with remain independently owned and operated; they contribute clinical, scientific, and technological capabilities to USG's research and education programs on a cooperative basis.
A school-based intervention study, independently conducted at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) as part of a scientific master's thesis, deployed the PhysioScan system to examine an AI-supported postural training program for primary-school children. The study used objective, contactless postural analysis at three measurement points, with Schroth therapy as the established clinical reference method. The results feed into the ongoing research activities of the USG Research Center.
UnitedSomaGroup cooperates with Schmerzfreie Zukunft Kinderstiftung e.V. (Pain-Free Future Children's Foundation), a nonprofit organization based in Baden-Baden dedicated to the early detection and correction of postural problems in schoolchildren. The foundation has screened more than 50,000 children through school-based posture programs and shares USG's mission of prevention-focused, evidence-based public health.
The founding partners approved the founding charter and research structure of UnitedSomaGroup.
USG initiated the establishment of an internal Research Center dedicated to interdisciplinary validation and collaborative scientific projects.
The first collaborative pilot program was launched to validate movement-based methodologies and collect research data.
Body-Mind entered its initial research integration phase with the future USG Research Center, developing evidence-based embodied intelligence methodologies.
A continuous orchestration layer integrating mental, physical, behavioral, and recovery intelligence into a single operating model for health, performance, and longevity. OneHealth unifies clinical and technological capabilities across the USG network — and is preparing its first structured founding pilot program, scientifically accompanied by the USG Research Center.
Independently operated partner organizations — from clinical rehabilitation and diagnostics to AI research and professional education — contribute their capabilities to USG's nonprofit mission: ProVita, BodyHealth, iPLENA, PhysioScan, BodyMaker, MuscleMemory, Body-Mind, and Painfree Academy.
